Loyalty has privileges. We know how important
customers are, and for those of you who call us
most often, we've developed a plan just for you.
It's called our Service Partner Plan and it will
reward you for your loyalty. Ask a Customer
Relations Manager or your technician for
details.
Priority Service every time you call - Our
Service Partners are coded with a priority "1"
upon calling and always go to the front of the
list. Since we only offer a limited number of
plans, you can be assured that you will get
service faster.
Never pay the Service Charge again - Our normal
service charge of $49.50 is waived to you as
long as you are a member, you never pay it.
Discount of 15% on each task - All of our
Service Partners pay a reduced fee of 15% on all
tasks. This is our way of rewarding your loyalty
to us. We know you have a choice when you choose
a home service provider and we want you to
choose us.
Free yearly home inspection - We will pay you a
visit once a year at your convenience and do a
free inspection of your home plumbing and
electrical systems. We want to make sure that
everything is "flowing smoothly".
After hours emergency service at no extra charge
- if you encounter an emergency in the middle of
the night, we'll be there at our normal rates (
plus your SPP 15% discount). You will never pay
an extra charge for nights, weekends or
holidays.
Special email coupons and campaigns -
periodically we will offer special services or
offers only to our SPP customers. In order to do
this we will need your email address, so if
you'd like to receive a periodic newsletter and
special coupons from us and other vendors,
please send an email to
spp@genelove.com. So that your email doesn't
get accidentally deleted please type "SPP" in
the subject line .
Your plan is transferable - if you should you
move or purchase a new home - take the plan with
you wherever you go within our service area.
